Location Description The Post Consumer Brands sales office in Bentonville is in the heart of the Natural State, Arkansas. Bentonville is also home to the Walmart home office, which this sales team primarily serves. In addition to managing the relationship with Post's largest customer, the small, dedicated team also participates in several charitable and volunteer events throughout the year. The team prides itself on winning together and working hard to meet goals, while celebrating wins. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist Account Managers in identifying market opportunities Analyze Walmart businesses on a daily/weekly basis using IRI and customer systems to identify business opportunities Assist with the development of category review materials that will be leveraged to grow PCB and total category sales at Walmart accounts Develop solutions with respect to product distribution, promotion, pricing, and shelf-placement Prepare clear and concise presentations to inform customers of business/consumer trends, existing opportunities and solutions for growth Consumption analytics in support of monthly forecast process Participate in various training activities to enhance job performance and personal growth Complete/attend all necessary information & technology training Assist other functional areas to develop business opportunities and provide information to customers (Cat Man, Sales, Finance, etc) Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree is required Experience 2 years of analytical and/or sales experience is required; Experience working with Walmart a plus Consumer packaged goods experience required, pet experience is strongly preferred Advanced Excel skills required Syndicated sales data software experience is preferred (i.e. IRI or Nielsen) Experience with customer systems is preferred (one or more customers) Shelving software experience is a plus Other Excellent written and verbal communication skills Work Location In-office (Bentonville, AR) with a hybrid schedule
