Post Holdings Associate Brand Manager, eCommerce in Emeryville, California
Reporting to the director of emerging channels and markets, you will be a self-starter and a hard-worker, leading marketing campaigns in bricks & click (B&C), aggregation and syndication of content to B&C + management of catalogues via SaaS and reporting on the state of the ecommerce businesses. Your key responsibilities will be:
Planning and execution of marketing activities in key B&C accounts
Management of a catalogue for all Premier items in the ecommerce landscape
Management of content hub for ecommerce (A+, B+, PIM, Reviews)
Leading the syndication of content to multiple retailers (own the relationship to multiple agencies)
Creation of reports for sales in strategic e-tailers
You will be part of a high performing, high visibility team as ecommerce is a key pillar of expansion in this business. Lead and execute marketing activities in key B&C accounts: 40% of time
Traffic driving activities are the key to the lifetime value of an e-shopper. The marketing activities will ensure all the creative needs for e-tailers are consistent to marketing activities by brand teams.
Development of creatives based on brand expression guides while adhering to nativity of e-tailers
Understand the media placements proposed and customer facing experience
Develop KPIs and ROI calculations to ensure campaigns viability + Test and optimize campaigns
Catalogue Management: 15% time
Catalogue is the backbone to ensuring items are ordered and correct attribution between content and items. This will drive sales, management of items sold online and creation of business intelligence
Ensure all items that Premier sells are all active on strategic e-tailers
Ensure catalogue content is updated with marketing changes from brand teams
Update search terms / metadata within the catalogue based on best ROAS terms
Content Hub + Syndication for eCommerce: 15% time
Technology driven SaaS will house all our content in one platform to ensure share-ability and management/updates being housed in one place
PIM – product information management with master catalogue and ensuring content is live with
B+ content / A+ content – manage rich media in a SaaS and syndicated into multiple retailers
Reviews – working with wider team on sampling programs + aggregation / syndication of reviews
Creation of reports for sales in strategic e-tailers: 30% of time
Lead and create reports for state-of-business and marketing campaigns. Analyze data to create insights to inform marketing activities and business managers.
- Bachelor’s degree required; M.B.A. from leading program (Strongly Preferred)
- 1 -2 years of experience in eCommerce or CPG
Highly curious and action driven behavior
Strong analytical thinking + Comfortable with presenting data
Ability to work cross functionally
