Location Description Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities OVERVIEW: The Human Resources Operations Generalist provides generalist support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations for a multi facility organization. This role reports to the Director, HR Operations. As an HR Operations Generalist, you will have a wide range of responsibilities including policy and procedure administration, benefits and compensation administration, employment law and employee metrics and dashboards. In this role, you will closely interact with HR Business Partners, Plant HR Managers, HR Operations Team, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness and employees on a regular basis. Working Location: Hybrid This role is located at the Lakeville, MN Corporate office. Typical hybrid schedule includes 3 days in-office with remote flexibility up to 2 days a week. Responsibilities of this role Assist in developing and executing HR procedures and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations Maintain systems and process related documentation for HR procedures and policies Manage the preparation of HR metrics, including reporting and dashboards Manage the annual merit and bonus planning process to include timelines, procedures and communications Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits and procedures Maintain employee records and HRIS updates, including new hire set-up, employee changes and terminations Execute and maintain supplemental benefit programs, including company wellness program, time-off programs and a variety of other ancillary company benefits Work in partnership with centralized benefits, payroll and compensation departments at the holding company level Develop new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of HR department and company Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessary Assist in the communication, interpretation and upkeep of employee handbook and policy site Participate in integration-related workstreams associated with company acquisitions Manage immigration process and documentation in partnership with legal counsel Manage administration of company programs, such as the Service Anniversary awards, Vehicle/Mileage Reimbursement and company event tickets Assist in special projects or initiatives as assigned Qualifications Required skills and qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies Previous experience with HRIS required (UltiPro and Kronos experience a plus) Strong Excel and Sharepoint skills required Preferred skills and qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field 3+ years of experience in HR Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail Exceptional customer service skills Knowledge of federal and state employment law and regulations Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, work independently and follow-up on projects and issues with key stakeholders
