Location Description Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities Our newly created Sales Communication Manager will be responsible for developing and executing all communication strategies that engage and connect all pet sales teams. Responsibilities Execute a cohesive communication strategy that ensures PCB strategic priorities are cascaded effectively to field sales and internal parties Own communication within the Customer Development Organization, other internal partners, Sales Brokers, and external customers. Coordinate and develop Trade Show Presentations. Partner with sales to create content for Monthly Business Updates and Monthly Spotlight Newsletter. Develop and maintain Understanding Our Business (UOB) presentation for onboarding of new team members. Develop a strong understanding of customer business strategies, systems, and resources to support sales. Partners to ensure cross-functional teams have visibility and approvals where needed (ex. Legal). Assist with any projects associated with communication needed to execute the Annual National Sales Meeting. Own & maintain the Sales SharePoint site. Requires the ability to work in a dynamic environment where job requirements and daily priorities are fluid which may include expanding scope to assist with company acquisitions. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree required Experience 5+ years of business experience is required; experience with internal & external communications within Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint. In-depth knowledge of communication strategies, tools, and vehicles and application of written communication skills. Other Characteristics Excellent oral & written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Strong desire to learn & succeed. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage and prioritize multiple/diverse priorities. Work Location In-office (Lakeville, MN) with a hybrid work schedule #LI-hybrid
