Location Description Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities The Senior Manager, Process Excellence will be instrumental in the maturity and growth of our Process Excellence and Business Integration team. They will drive the enhancement of our end-to-end business processes to ensure operational process efficiencies across the organization while fostering a "people first" and results-oriented culture. They will lead a team of process professionals in identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements, while working closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen our process and M&A capabilities. Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and train the team for professional growth and development. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by educating the organization in effective business process management to support M&A. Collaborate with leaders and experts to optimize business processes and determine the best strategy to meet the organization’s goals and objectives. Oversee business improvement projects for timely, quality, and budget-friendly execution. Encourage collaboration and share best practices across functions. Foster strong relationships with various stakeholders for successful project execution. Create a roadmap for the process team, considering both M&A goals and regular business operations. Review and enhance M&A playbook, integration checklists, and project materials for improved acquisition efficiency. Use tools like surveys, journey maps, and focus groups to assess current state, gather requirements, and identify issues. Analyze business process and system architecture to pinpoint root causes. Guide business improvement stages, fostering collaboration for timely completion. Execute communication, change management, and training plans for smooth adoption of processes. Maintain accurate and centralized documentation. Partner with IT Leaders to implement systems installations/replacements and integrate with business processes as performed by functional staff. Set KPIs (key performance indicators) to measure process improvement effectiveness. Analyze and adjust processes, updating senior leadership regularly, and identifying areas for continuous improvement. Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred 8+ years business experience, including 5+ years in Business Process Management as a BA/BPM, and 4+ years in managerial roles required Experience leading or supporting in a growth by acquisition based company with direct M&A experience Proven leadership in managing teams and driving operational excellence Ability to assess, stabilize, and optimize significant business processes 5+ years of experience in CPG/food preferred PMP Certification, BPO Certification preferred Ideally, worked in a Business Transformation Office and contributed to company transformation, especially growth via acquisition Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in end-to-end business processes and related systems (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan-to-Make, etc.). Experience with business process taxonomy hierarchy and process management. Ability to train Business Process Managers on business process methodologies and tools and continuously improve based on learnings. Strong business acumen and ability to thrive in fast faced environments, leveraging interpersonal and technical skills to optimize results. Skilled in eliciting stakeholder needs, problem analysis, and facilitating communication between departments. Demonstrated knowledge in process design, optimization, and change management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business processes and identify areas for improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels effectively. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Smartsheet. #LI-hybrid #LI-RB2
