Location Description Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities Post Consumer Brands seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Developer in Lakeville, MN* to hold a highly technical, analytics-focused role that includes interaction and partnership with leaders across the business. The Senior Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing visually compelling business reporting solutions using Tableau dashboards. The Senior Business Intelligence Developer is also responsible for creating and supporting shared data sources in Tableau and related queries/views in Snowflake. *This position does not provide relocation assistance. Duties and Responsibilities:

Communicate and collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to conceptualize and design reporting solutions that drive business value and aid in business decision making Design, build, and validate Tableau dashboards, data sources, and ad-hoc reports Design, build, and validate Snowflake queries and views Understand and leverage Tableau best-practices and advanced features to deliver intuitive, accurate, high-impact dashboards Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to combine data from multiple sources and develop integrated data sources and dashboards Develop a strong understanding of our enterprise data and source systems Provide internal consulting to analysts and employees throughout the business Identify process improvement opportunities and take the initiative to implement those improvements Perform proactive and reactive Tableau maintenance and support tasks Create documentation and design artifacts Provide training on Tableau and the use of data/information to business users Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced analysts on topics such as analysis, documentation, industry best practices, efficient modeling of data etc. Perform ad-hoc duties as needed based on changing business needs Effectively manage competing priorities and multiple concurrent projects Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, a closely related field, or a foreign equivalent degree Tableau Data Analyst Certification may be considered in lieu of relevant degree Four (4)+ years of experience developing dashboards and data sources in Tableau Four (4)+ years of experience developing SQL queries and views. Snowflake experience is a plus but not required Key Attributes: Data Analysis – Proficiency in analyzing complex datasets and delivering valuable insights. Business Context – Demonstrate a strong understanding of the business domain, identify relevant metrics, and deliver meaningful insights. Experience in CPG or Retail is preferred. Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving – Ability to evaluate multiple options for designing efficient and effective BI solutions; ability to make informed decisions based on data. Adaptability – Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements, evolving technologies, and emerging practices in the field of BI. Collaboration and Communication – Work well with cross-functional teams including analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders. Understand business needs and foster a positive team environment. Leadership – Experience leading BI projects, influencing stakeholders, providing guidance, setting expectations, and mentoring others. Time Management – Effective time management, task prioritization, adherence to deadlines, and timely project delivery.
