Location Description Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minn. is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities OVERVIEW: The Senior Solution Product Owner will play a critical role in the implementation and optimization of our Material Requirements Planning (MRP) functionality within RapidResponse. Following the successful implementation of MRP, the role will focus on deploying a new Production Scheduling system across the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, system implementation, and project management. The Senior Solution Product Owner will be instrumental in maximizing the potential of our existing systems and driving ongoing enhancements to support our operational efficiency and effectiveness. Production & MRP Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Lead the implementation of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) functionality within RapidResponse and oversee the deployment of a new Production Scheduling system across the organization, ensuring successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals in close partnership with the Project Manager. Exhibit proactive leadership by identifying and resolving issues, obtaining consensus from key stakeholders, and independently pushing initiatives forward. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Systems Analysts and the Process Excellence team, to gather requirements, ensure successful system integration, and keep process maps up to date, while providing expertise in best practices for MRP and Production Scheduling. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables; identify and resolve system issues to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency; and continuously monitor system performance to implement necessary improvements. Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure user adoption and proficiency, and design, develop, and implement change management strategies and plans related to production and material requirement planning activities. Drive innovation by designing MRP and Production Scheduling systems and processes that are future-oriented, taking our operations beyond the current state to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Training & Process Owner Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Support the Production and Material Requirement Planning team across the entire portfolio by troubleshooting systematic questions or issues and providing business expertise and guidance. Own training plans and collaborate with project teams and organizational leaders to ensure adoption, utilization, and proficiency in changes that impact employees, aiming to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achievement of results and outcomes. Support other super-users in training and onboarding new Production and Material Requirement Planners within the Production Scheduling and MRP System. Serve as an administrator and super-user of the Production Scheduling and MRP System, acting as the main point of contact for system setting issues for the working teams. Qualifications EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics or related field is required EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. 8+ years of functional experience in a Supply Chain business function Proven track record of successful system implementation and/or project management. Strong understanding of RapidResponse or similar advanced planning systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Experience with ERP and Advanced Planning Systems is required. Knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes. Must be able to effectively interact, collaborate and communicate across multiple functions in the organization.
