Responsibilities The Cloud Identity Senior Architect is responsible for the design and implementation of Post Holding’s SaaS Identity platforms and infrastructure. This role provides technical expertise in developing and collaborating with business IT teams for Cloud platforms including Azure, Microsoft 365 services, hosted platforms, and secure integrations, with a key focus in Identity. We are looking for high energy employees who excel in complex and creative problem solving in an Enterprise environment, while thriving in a fast paced, agile IT organization with a focus on Mergers and Acquisitions. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES Architect, design, and document IAM solutions that meet security (Zero-Trust) and business requirements, while aligning with industry best practices and standards. Optimize current IAM solutions by thoroughly leveraging existing platforms and licensing, addressing technical deficiencies identified by the Operations team or outlined in audits, and bringing new and innovative ideas forward Provide technical leadership for cloud-based platforms and supplier integrations including developing technology roadmaps which align with Zero Trust architecture, SaaS, and legacy application integrations, and support the Post Holdings business model Ability to lead Enterprise projects with Project Management practices to identify requirements, design solutions with documentation, secure environments, and deploy cloud platforms and environments to support business requirements Evaluate and identify efficient and effective user and data migration processes and technologies in support of Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures Engage with technical partners, penetration testers and Enterprise IT and Cybersecurity colleagues to address security vulnerabilities, identify improvement opportunities, and increase the Enterprise security maturity levels Lead initiatives around continuous improvement and lifecycle decisions of Enterprise and Corporate platforms Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Post Holdings security configuration, cloud platforms and integrations Mentor staff to develop technical skillsets and drive a structured process approach Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Information Systems, or related field desired 10 – 15 years of experience in various technology roles with an emphasis on Infrastructure, Cloud infrastructure concepts, and security 8+ years as an Identity Architect or equivalent function with support certifications in identity platforms AzureAD (EntraID) knowledge required including but not limited to Conditional Access Policies, RBAC, Application services and function controls Practical knowledge of Zero Trust security best practices within an Enterprise environment Excellent communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation skills Knowledge of ITSM toolsets such as BMC RemedyForce, ServiceNow or equivalent ITIL Foundation certification or higher a plus Demonstrated progressive IT operations experience across multiple disciplines. Working knowledge of Azure CLI, ARM Templates and Azure PowerShell scripting This is a hybrid role based in Brentwood, MO. Work from home days are Monday, Friday. In office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
