Post Holdings Sanitation Supervisor in Sulphur Springs, Texas
Carries managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Responsible for the daily start-up and shutdown procedures within Operations.
Responsible for the maintenance of titration records, usage reports, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs), and Master Sanitation Schedule
Responsible for the presentation of records and sanitation related information at all audits
Participate in the planning and decision making for equipment and chemical suppliers including participation in the approval processes for sanitary design.
Communicate and provide reporting to plant leadership including direct and indirect reporting structure.
Keeps accurate records on personnel on sanitation crew.
Corresponds and collaborate with all production including taking a strategic approach to problem solving processes for the facility and business.
Inspects areas and introduces new ideas and procedures.
Communicates with chemical company including ordering and monitoring of all chemicals.
Generates work schedule.
Oversees and maintain the cleanliness of all faclity areas per the Master Sanitation Schedule and SSOPs.
Knowledge of chemicals and basic chemistry
Knowledge of cleaning tools
Knowledge of all cleaning and sanitizing procedures under area of responsibility
Knowledge of how to disassemble and assemble some parts of machinery
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Science, or applicable field and/or five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places and outside weather conditions and vibration. Employee may be exposed to extreme temperature changes.
